Return policy.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase on Jellydots, dancer cubes, and classroom cubbies.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in “like new” condition.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase with each return and/or exchange.

• Only regular priced items may be returned and/or exchanged; promotional discounts will be deducted from the order amount.

Exchanges 

If you need to return or exchange a qualified purchase item please send us an email at karen@dance-tech.com for return shipment instructions.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Themed curriculum cards, and flashcards are exempt from exchanges and refunds due to their exclusivity and proprietary content

• Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.

Shipping

• Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to Dance Studio Party.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and/or credit  the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
